The installation itself is a quick no nonsense procedure carried out by one of Acorn's fully trained engineers. The process is usually quick, simple and clean. Occasionally a stairway presents a challenge but experienced engineers are used to such installations and can always supply a solution.
Stair Lift Warranty
After installing the lift, the engineer tests it thoroughly, and clearly demonstrate the stair lifts features. However, service does not stop with the installation of the stairlift. Acorn stair lifts come with a 12 month service warranty which covers maintenance and insures that in the rare event of a fault, you'll be given priority attention. Before your initial warranty has expired it's possible to extend it for many years of trouble free use.
